Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne for Ozzfest

Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne and Hellyeah have been announced to play the one-day Ozzfest this summer in Dallas.

System Of A Down�??s Serj Tankian and Korn�??s Jonathan Davis are also on the bill for the event which will take place in the city�??s Pizza Hut Park on August 9.

Cavalera Conspiracy, Shadows Fall, Apocalyptica and In This Moment complete the main stage line-up, and there will be an all-star tribute to Pantera guitarist, the late �??Dimebag�?? Darrell Abbott on the day.

Sevendust, DevilDriver, Kingdom of Sorrow, Soilent Green, Witchcraft and Goatwhore play the second stage while a third stage will feature local Texan acts The Sword, Drowning Pool and Rigor Mortis.

Tickets for the event will go on sale May 31.
